Students

What is my username?

Your username will be a lowercase s followed by your student ID. 
eg. if your student ID is 123456789 then your username would be "s123456789"

What is my password?

Your initial password will be set to your date of birth in the format "DDMMYY".
eg. if your date of birth was 1st of May 1980 then your password would be "010580"

The fisrt time you log in you will be required to change your password. You should remember your new password so you can continue to login in the future.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you can contact the service desk on 9214 5000 to have it reset.

You can also email us at servicedesk@swin.edu.au from your student email to ask for assistance.

I have had an account in a previous semester.  Will my password be the same?

If you had an account in a previous semester then you should use your old password.  If that does not work then try your default password.  If neither of these work then follow the procedure for "What if I forget my password?"


Staff

Staff should contact the service desk for their login details.
